G100 Clevis Shortening Clutch LG RIGGING®

G100 Clevis Shortening Clutch LG RIGGING®, also known as G100 Shortening Clutch Clevis Type Safety Pin, Grade 10 Clevis Shortening Clutch With Pin, Grade 100 Clevis Locking Clutch, Clevis Chain Shortening Clutch.

The Grade 10 Clevis Shortening Clutch with Locking Pin provides essential chain sling adjustment for heavy-duty lifting, enabling secure length reduction while maintaining a straight load path—eliminating instability risks inherent in hook-type alternatives.

G100 Shortening Clutch with Lock, manufactured from quenched and tempered alloy steel (Grade 10/G100 equivalent), its clevis design with safety pin ensures positive chain engagement and prevents accidental disconnection.

Grade 10 Clevis Clutch, Compliant with EN 1677-1 standards, this clutch delivers enhanced capacity (+25% vs. standard grade) across chain diameters of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 13mm (up to 16mm available), with working load limits ranging from 1.4 to 10 tonnes. it guarantees reliable performance through 4:1 safety factor certification, and blue finish for visible compliance marking. Exclusive use with Grade 100 chain components is required to maintain rated integrity.
