LGRIG® 6X7 Stainless Steel Wire Rope means that this kind of wire rope is composed of 6 strands, each of which is composed of 7 steel wires.

IWS is the so-called steel core. This kind of structure Stainless Steel Wire Rope can also be called 6×7+IWS. The structure is the same as the previous 6X7. It is more common to call it 7X7.
